Alfheim
Welcome to Alfheim, the Land of the Elves.
In Alfheim, the people have pointy ears and cast magical spells. That’s because the people are not actually people, but elves. Elves relax in the meadows, drink dandelion wine from goblets, shoot arrows at one another, and study ancient lore.
Because of the natural magical enchantment of the land, the flowers grow to magnificent sizes. The orange flowers you see in the comic are poppies which are native to Alfheim. Smaller versions can be found on Midgard in places such as Kashmir and California.
Dio once played in a band named Elf, so it makes complete sense that he would spend the afterlife in Alfheim. Remember, Odin and Friends is a thinking man’s comic.
